Open Design Italia Selected 2011 will be held in Bologna in the splendid setting of Palazzo Maccaferri, a fine building from the late 1800s, now home to the luxurious I PORTICI HOTEL.

I Portici Hotel will open its doors to self-produced and small series designs: experience 360° of design, thanks both to the well-studied architectural characteristics of the structure, as well as the exhibition of selected designers and meetings with leading designers, teachers and companies.

The selected designers will have a room in the hotel, where they can exhibit and sell their works.

All rooms on the first and second floor of the hotel will be available for the event. The latter, the main floor houses the large ballroom where the announcement of the Open Design Italia 2012 competition will be made.
